I understand that this means I give up my right to bring any claims, including for personal injuries, death, disease or, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence, and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement has been made.

We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your work ethic, or your business skills or practices. Therefore we do not guarantee or imply that you will “get rich” or make any money at all.
